If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, optionally phone number and desired model, your message) solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measure) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry). The data is deleted once it is no longer required for processing, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
The form contains a hidden field for spam detection (honeypot). It is not visible to human visitors and is not evaluated as long as it remains empty.
If you send an enquiry via the configurator, we process your name, email address, optionally your phone number and your message, as well as the model you selected and the equipment you put together, including a link that lets this configuration be called up again. The details are sent to us by email, together with a PDF summary of your configuration, and used solely to process your enquiry and to contact you regarding it. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request). The data is deleted once it is no longer required for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
In the form you may optionally and voluntarily consent to us informing you about news, offers and events (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We do not currently send a newsletter. You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future, e.g. by email to kontakt@desidus.eu.
This website is hosted by UAB „Interneto vizija", J. Kubiliaus g. 6, 08234 Vilnius, Lithuania. When you access the pages, the hosting provider automatically records technical access data (including IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser used) in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (ensuring trouble-free operation).
This website embeds videos from YouTube. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Embedding takes place via the youtube-nocookie.com domain in enhanced privacy mode, in which YouTube states that it does not set cookies for personalised advertising before a video is played. However, loading a video always establishes a connection to Google's servers, during which your IP address, among other things, is transmitted. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in an appealing presentation of our products). Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
This website uses fonts from the Google Fonts service (Google Ireland Limited). When a page is accessed, your browser loads the required font files from Google's servers; in doing so, your IP address is transmitted to Google. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent presentation of our content).
